A tool used to compare commercial or residential buildings against each other based on seven performance indicators - building capacity, natural light, regularity, core configurations, office banding, working neighbourhoods and sub-divisibility.


The final and most important part of any project is to look back, analyse and evaluate how well a space has performed and how satisfied a client is. At KKS we regularly revisit our clients & project in the following 6, 12 & 24 months after completion.
