On 4 June 2019 KKS joined Savills and became KKS Savills. One year on and loving it!
Our goal was to partner with an organisation who shared our values, passion and expertise. We wanted to be at the forefront of future global workplace change – to collaborate and innovate to enhance design experience; to harness the opportunity to work on a global scale with like-minded professionals. KKS has always been international and now, with Savills, we are a truly global design studio.
KKS and Savills created a new occupier-centric client service to support the real estate advisory offer providing a strategic link to it’s tenants, landlords and developers, whether commercial, residential or industrial. We support all 17 service lines within Savills including advisory, transactions and Building Project Consultancy for an end-to end design and delivery model.
Katrina Kostic Samen, Director Head of Workplace Strategy and Design, says “The growth and success of KKS Savills is a reflection of the passion of our team who are constantly driving to deliver a first class client service and push the boundaries to embrace new innovations. We believe that the occupier is the heart and soul of any building. This has not changed.“
We provide Development Strategy services to ensure buildings work inside out, both from a commercial and operational perspective; our Occupier Strategy enables us to craft a strategic workplace brief which meets the tenants business change model and vision in addition to responding to the needs of their employees; and our interior architecture teams create beautiful environments to express a client’s brand and culture and deliver best in class user experience.
Our Director of Workplace Experience, Caroline Pontifex, says “From the inside out, we provide a total solution to the challenges of real estate. Though clients come to us with a specific service in mind, they often discover we can add value at every stage of their project.”
It has been a very busy year for KKS Savills and together with our colleagues at Savills, we have achieved a great deal. Our team of 32 designers and architects, located in our independent design studio in Westminster, look forward to another exciting year.
We are open and it’s business as usual! We look forward to hearing from you.
